Miss Doodle took her cat, when she went on holiday.
The cat, a pure city cat, ventured on a tree. You understand that he never
learned how to do that. But there he was, going higher and higher on a branch,
until the branch was too slim. And too high up so that Miss Doodle couldn’t touch the cat.
The cat slipped and turned and hang there like a ripe pear!

Then he fell, Miss Doodle gasped and tried to catch him and…

When it was clear that no harm was done, Miss Doodle laughed her head off……
The cat went inside, sulking, for a nap on the bed.
