Miss Doodle has not interest whatsoever in household chores, but she and you and me know that it has to be done.
Her recipe is to work up a bad temper. Bad temper helps her doing it all in record time. Sometimes the cat helps. “Der Feudel” is much used in the Northern part of Germany, it means ”the cleaning rag” , I love the word FEUDEL, it sounds so precious. Of course, you english speaking people would hear ” feudal”, I wonder now, if one has to do with the other:)

OMG! Miss Doodle and I are so much alike when it comes to this business of cleaning…there are so many other interesting things to be doing! LOL Do you see how Miss D is holding the rag in the top drawing? That is me! Eeek! I can be covered in paint and be so happy, but let me deal with filth and it puts me foul. Here is the thing, though, I clean if someone has irritated me to no end! I can’t paint then, but I can put a hurting on “DER FEUDEL” when I am ticked off! It does seem as though there is a parallel between these two words, doesn’t it? Of course, in English, I would hardly call it precious!

yes Eeeek:):) yes, that’s me holding the Feudel too. So you know this “bad temper” thing! I can see you hurting the Feudel, LOL
I know this bad temper thing so very well! If I am in the right mood, just one word will have me tearing up the Feudel! ARGH! I am truly the worst housekeeper unless we are selling a house! LOL
No feudal-ing around going on here this weekend,,,I do barely enough to get by, most times.
I will be in front of the window, working on some collage, and watching it snow.

andrea, i adore how kitty is helping. me, i dont even need a kitty to help. i seem to mess up the clean spot all on my own.
many years ago i said that i would not devote myself to clean house. as has been said, so much more interesting things to do. however, as you also say once in awhile oodles of feudels must occur.

Oh Miss Doodle is so right on with the cleaning. Yep I need motivation to really clean well. Temper or company coming does it every time.
I have 2 kittys and one dog to help mess up a cleaned house. :O
Miss Doodle is cleaning in style too.. I clean in the grubbiest of clothes. lol
I love this. You have it exactly right. I slso have a very bad relationship with my vacuum cleaner.
I love your Feudel-story because sometimes I feel just as MD, eaven if my Hara-system is less ugly and the name of my pet is Klaus…
